In addition, our courses are designed to teach breathing techniques, and various positions one can use during birth . This course is affordable and will be invaluable to your pregnancy journey. This course includes the following: · An introduction video and five classes, each with its own focus and theme; · An information pack with wellbeing tips for pregnancy, birth, and post-delivery. Course Content: 1. Introduction: The core of this course 2. Practice 1: Mumma Energizer 3. Practice 2: A Bit of Upside-Down 4. Practice 3: Balance and Peace 5. Practice 4: Slow It Down 6. Practice 5: Mumma Zen The course is taught by experienced yoga teacher and mother Emma. She is a certified specialist in Pre- & Postnatal Yoga, and a Certified Body Ready Method pro®. Emma combines her knowledge of yoga and the science of birth to give you an invaluable learning experience.
