Service Description

In this workshop, we will explore the 8 principles of Pilates and learn the foundations of how to use your core system, your breath and your muscles. We will break down the shapes so you can understand them within your own body. Pilates is a great way to introduce new concepts and a modality to become stronger within your daily movement. At the end of the workshop, we will move through a beginner's class to bring all that we learnt together, leaving you feeling confident to attend our group Pilates classes.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we do not provide refunds after services have been rendered. Refund requests must occur in writing and within 14 days of purchase. A 20% administration fee will apply. To cancel or reschedule private sessions, we require 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, 50% of the booking fee will be invoiced.
