Service Description

Every pregnancy is different and a life-changing experience - this course is about cherishing this wonderful journey. It is carefully designed to help improve your physical and mental wellness, as well as help prepare you for birth and post-delivery. Our classes are designed to teach you the following: -How to use yoga, functional movements and self-massage to manage common pregnancy discomfort; -The role of the core and pelvic floor muscles during pregnancy, birth and post-delivery; -Breathing techniques for core connection, relaxation and improving comfort during birth; -Body-balancing techniques for building physical stability and improving mobility during pregnancy, birth and post-delivery; -Preparation for giving birth with smart movements, various positions one can use, as well as mental preparation. All our classes are livestreamed for those who prefer to practice at home on a particular day. The classes are taught by experienced yoga teacher and mother Emma. She is a certified specialist in Pre- & Postnatal Yoga, and a Certified Body Ready Method pro®. Emma combines her knowledge of yoga and the science of birth to give you an invaluable learning experience. Bonus: You will have access to a post-natal yoga practice video specifically designed for the first 6 weeks of postpartum.
