Service Description

Yoga For Beginners is the perfect workshop if you are new to yoga and want to learn the basics in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Explore the fundamentals of common yoga poses, as well as an introduction to yoga philosophy, meditation and breathwork. This package also includes a 2-Week Unlimited Class Pass to Beyond Yoga for you to use after the workshop to hone your skills. Class pass must be activated before 21 October 2024. Overview: - We will cover the basic principles of yoga, emphasising the importance of establishing a breathing practice and learning the fundamentals of meditation. - We will review common yoga terminology, break down standing, seated and floor postures. You will get helpful feedback on how to build the foundation of your practice. - Beginner workshops are kept small, so you can receive the individual attention required and ask questions. This workshop has been created specifically for the new yogi but is open to all. Limited space available.
