We are Tawa's first yoga studio, nestled inside Pac Fitness. We offer a variety of public group yoga and mobility classes, including Flow, Mellow, Yin, Pilates, Prenatal Yoga, Mums and Bubs Yoga, and Kinstretch. Our studio also

offers private yoga sessions. All of our classes are mixed level and are suitable for the absolute beginner to the seasoned yoga practitioner.
